Job Title: Instructional Design Expert for Hospice and Home Health

This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Talent Management to analyze learning needs, develop performance-based objectives, and select suitable instructional techniques to create impactful solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating blended learning approaches, instructor-led experiences, virtual classrooms, self-paced eLearning, and mobile solutions using various development tools.

This expert will train, coach, and mentor facilitators in our Leader Led Learning Program to enhance their delivery skills, ensure consistency across programs, and support their professional growth.

A key aspect of this role involves consulting with stakeholders and team members to conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions aligned with company strategies, often in partnership with learning vendors.

About You:

  • You will utilize data analytics to track and examine training programs and their effectiveness.
  • Strong instructional design and development skills are essential.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, including virtual-live programming, are required.
  • You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships are crucial.
  • Proficient project management skills and experience with video production, audio recordings, and content curation are desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field or equivalent work experience is necessary.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the learning and development field, including classroom-based and virtual learning, is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilitating classroom-based and virtual courses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with eLearning standards and Adult Learning Theory is essential.
  • Proficiency in common instructional authoring technologies, such as Articulate, Camtasia, or Audition, is required.
