Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technologist to join our team at Modular Mining Systems. This role involves assembling and testing various hardware components and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough tests on hardware components and systems for product compliance activities.
  • Create and maintain accurate test reports, procedures, and guidelines for external test laboratories.
  • Provide technical support to regions and external test laboratories as needed.
  • Maintain an inventory record of Product Compliance test units used during development and reuse them during certification renewal.
  • Assist in installation and external laboratory testing at the Komatsu proving ground.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse on shipping hardware components and/or kits to specific countries or external laboratories for Product compliance-related activities.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Hardware Technician or in a similar role.
  • A degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits and hardware components.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% to support product compliance testing.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
