Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bethany Northwest. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients.
  • Provide effective communication to patients, family members, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
