Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position for a seasoned Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Based in our Tysons Corner location, with some flexibility for remote work, this role requires a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Travel up to 10% of the year to support business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and/or account management
  • Strong phone and email skills with the ability to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
  • Experience in B2B sales and HubSpot required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
