Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leasing associate to join our dynamic team. As a multifamily leasing specialist, you will play a key role in attracting prospective residents, showcasing our properties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in marketing activities to promote our properties and attract new residents.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our communities and communicate their features and benefits to potential residents.
  • Greet prospective residents, show vacant/model apartments, and process applications efficiently.
  • Assist the community manager with administrative tasks, including rent payments.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents.
Requirements
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to people and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using property management software.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
