Cynet Health is currently seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in London, OH. As a key member of our interdisciplinary services team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement treatment plans that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a 52-week contract with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. You will be working a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive behavioral health services, including individual, family, and group interventions.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and determine specific intervention techniques to address client needs.
  • Establish and monitor client goals and objectives, providing regular progress updates and feedback.
  • PARTICIPATE in establishing, implementing, and evaluating treatment system goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents, meeting federal, state, and local agency requirements.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) by the relevant Ohio Board.
  • Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
