**Job Summary**


We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients and families.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients in the ICU, under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Perform various tasks to assist professional nursing personnel, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, and grooming patients.
  • Respond to patient needs and concerns, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

**Requirements**



  • Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in a patient care setting (preferred)
