Customer Engagement Manager

About Your RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for creating a personalized shopping experience for our pet parents, setting the standards for customer engagement and ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain experience in a different business unit, and transfer to any one of our 1600 stores nationwide.

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $17.17 to $34.76 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. Exact rate of pay will be based on location, position, and experience level. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the minimum wage for the location in which you have applied.
