Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients. **Responsibilities:**
* Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
* Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records

**Qualifications:**
* Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
