Sales Representative

We are seeking an Sales Consultant to join our team. As a family-owned and operated business, we prioritize building trust with our customers, employees, and community.
Compensation: Our sales professionals can earn a guaranteed base salary with volume bonuses, leading to realistic 1st year earnings of $50,000+. You will be paid based on your individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by approaching and greeting customers, offering assistance or direction as needed.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with customers to ensure their vehicle purchase needs are met.
- Vehicle Presentation: Perform high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Benefits: We offer a fun work environment, a 5-day work week, and future management opportunities. Most of our salespeople come from outside the automotive industry, so experience is not required.
