Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at the Children's Home Network. As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services to youth in a residential setting, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide behavioral services campus-wide, including direct behavior therapy services to youth and staff training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Deliver behavioral services campus-wide, including direct behavior therapy services to youth and staff training
  • Assist the BCBA with the completion of Preference Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation of the highest quality and consistent with agency standards, rules and regulations, and Medicaid
  • Enter necessary documentation into the Electronic Health Record and billing system for services provided
  • Complete a minimum of 80% of worked hours as billable hours
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/ or GED equivalent
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current Medicaid Provider enrollment
Salary Information

$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
