Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our team of dedicated Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Intensivists at Blythedale Children's Hospital in Valhalla, New York. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical care to medically complex children with chronic medical needs, coordinating clinical care with a multidisciplinary team, and collaborating with educational institutions to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical care to medically complex children with chronic medical needs
Coordinate clinical care with a multidisciplinary team
Collaborate with educational institutions to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care
Lead our team of dedicated Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Intensivists
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements

Board certification in Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care, and/or Neonatology
Prior leadership experience preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to clinical excellence and working collaboratively
