Ultimate Therapy Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Autumn Lake Healthcare at The Willows. This full-time, PRN or temp-contract position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and rehabilitation outcomes in a skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of patients, with the ultimate goal of improving their quality of life. Key responsibilities include observing and assessing patient progress, documenting results, and communicating effectively with the therapy team, patient, and family.

**Salary Information:** Based on industry standards and the location of the position, we estimate the salary range for this role to be approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
