About the Job: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient customer service, verifying insurance eligibility, and collecting co-payments. You will work in a collaborative environment with our team to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and verify their insurance coverage
- Collect co-payments and process payments accurately
- Maintain patient charts and records
- Perform administrative duties related to revenue cycles and scheduling
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in healthcare-related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical setting; knowledge of medical terminology and health care plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
