About the Role

As a Sales Performance Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our sales success by prospecting, booking high-quality meetings, and closing deals. With a proven and effective sales process supported by regular coaching and development, you will have the opportunity to excel in your career.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct sales experience, cold calling experience, and strong organization, time management, and communication skills. A 4-year college degree from an accredited college or university is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct software demonstrations via Zoom to deliver a compelling story that highlights the problems we solve for door-to-door sales reps.
  • Lead prospect-focused discovery sessions to identify needs and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track, report, and manage sales activities (cold calling, email outreach, etc.) and results using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
Compensation Package

This is a highly competitive position with a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits including a $750 Learning and Development Stipend, 401K with 3% company match, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 8 paid holidays, and 3 weeks of paid time off.
