Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure safe working practices and procedures
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety procedures and protocols
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. safety, construction management, engineering)
3+ years of experience in construction safety
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (e.g. OSHA, NFPA)
