Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the inventory of blood and blood products, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Facilitate the packaging and shipment of blood and blood products to local hospitals and patients.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment, turnaround times, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate hospital service records for transactions and process fees.
  • Monitor all storage requirements, service equipment, and vehicle work areas.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Six months of customer service experience required.
  • Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Able to lift 40lbs.
