Ascension is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to implement and monitor patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana required.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
