We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Centria Autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your key responsibilities will include using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. You will need to be patient, understanding, and able to work well in a team environment.

As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism reach their full potential. We offer comprehensive training so that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you don't currently have experience.
