Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team at JRI Inc. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic clinical team and providing direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services in tandem with the clinical director.
- Work in tandem with the Clinical Director and Administrative team to provide a shared vision of the programmatic clinical services.
- Create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and role modeling effective coping strategies.
- Help students discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- LICSW or LMHC required.
- Clinical Management experience preferred.
- Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
