About the Role

This position involves conducting process groups, educational sessions, and other assigned groups, as well as documenting client progress in the electronic medical record. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Expertise in Chemical Dependency and Addictions: Utilize your knowledge to assess and meet the unique needs and requirements of each client.
  • Document Accurately and Timely: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Conduct engaging and informative groups that promote client growth and development.
  • Collaborate Effectively with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with the clinical team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Communicate Clearly and Professionally: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in substance abuse treatment or a related field.
  • Strong Knowledge of chemical dependency and addictions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
