Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Massage Envy. As a leader in the wellness industry, we prioritize delivering exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our location, ensuring a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for everyone. This includes leading the sales and customer service team to resolve customer challenges and driving membership growth through strategic partnerships and promotions.

In addition, the successful candidate will build a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.

The Healthcare Operations Manager will also be responsible for running a tight ship, addressing operational details such as inventory management, deposits, and compliance with labor and employment laws. A strong focus on creating a positive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and connected to our mission is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead the sales and customer service team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Drive membership growth through strategic partnerships and promotions.
  • Build a high-performing team through training, mentorship, and performance reviews.
  • Run a tight ship, addressing operational details such as inventory management and compliance.
  • Create a positive workplace culture that values employee contributions and connection to our mission.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in management, marketing, sales, service, or retail.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
