Business Office Manager

The Bungalows at Nevada is seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to support the success of our community operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office systems and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support associate recognition and engagement, performance management, and evaluations.
  • Manage financial systems, including payroll, human resources administration, and financial processes.
  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure high-quality performance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of related experience, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong skills in supply management, informing others, tracking and analyzing budget expenses, delegation, staffing, and managing processes.
  • Ability to multitask, supervise, develop standards, promote process improvement, and report skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing and walking: 4-6 hours per day.
  • Sitting: 4-6 hours per day.
  • Driving: 30-60 minutes, 1-2 times a week.
  • Lifting and carrying: 40-70 pounds, occasionally.
