About the Role:
Cassia CONNECT seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to enhance the quality of life for our residents. As a compassionate and attentive healthcare professional, you will provide personal care and support to ensure dignity and independence for our seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily personal care and assistance with health and wellness needs
- Build trusting relationships with residents, alleviating feelings of loneliness and fostering a sense of community
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment

- Competitive salary range: $18.20-$22.19 per hour, with credit given for experience

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold active CNA certification in Minnesota
- Availability to work every other weekend and some holidays

Schedule Variance:
The schedule may vary, with full-time and part-time positions available, including evening shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
