SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $150,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This includes daily guarantee or a percentage of collections, as well as attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance up to $1,000/month for specific locations.
Job DescriptionTraveling Associate Dentist Role:
This exciting opportunity involves providing dental services to patients across various locations, working closely with our team to promote a positive image of the company and support our mission to create happy, healthy smiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for adhering to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while delivering exceptional patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing dental services to patients with the support of your team
- Holding staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs
- Participating in activities to promote a positive image of the company
- Contributing to morning huddles, planning your day, and highlighting great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals
- Love working with kids (70% or more of our patient base)
We are seeking a qualified dentist with the following qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
