About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at CMG Holdings Corporate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced real estate environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and efficient reporting, maintenance, and submission of all administrative forms, files, and reports.
  • Perform bookkeeping functions as necessary, including posting rental receipts and making daily bank deposits.
  • Responsible for inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies and equipment for the property.
  • Lease apartments to qualified prospects by showing available units and assisting with lease renewal programs.
  • Provide efficient and courteous responses to resident requests and report any unusual circumstances to the Community Manager.
  • Assist in designing and implementing a resident retention program, including newsletters, referral programs, and social activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's Degree preferred or one to three years' related experience and/or training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, and ability to use calculator, copier, fax machine, telephone, and key machine.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to make decisions under conditions of risk and uncertainty.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
