The OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of one of our clinics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing day-to-day clinic operations, and leading a team of sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clinic meets or exceeds its revenue targets while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Lead Clinic Operations: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase new patient acquisitions, patient retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales goals and deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Manage P&L: Own and manage the clinic's profit and loss statement, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenues are maximized.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ Years of Management Experience: Proven track record of managing teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering results.
- Weight Loss Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the weight loss industry, including medical weight loss, nutrition planning, and lifestyle coaching.
- Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Inventory Management: Strong skills in inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and controlling supplies.
