Leading Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Wanted in Washington State

In the heart of Washington State, we offer a unique chance to practice as an outpatient child and adolescent psychiatrist.
Location: Our community hospital is situated in the heart of Washington State, providing easy access to outdoor recreation opportunities and a welcoming environment for patients and families.
Job Details:
- 36 patient contact hours per week with flexibility for administrative tasks
- Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekends and holidays off
Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary with a guaranteed two-year income guarantee (IG) followed by productivity-based compensation after the initial period. Additional incentives are available for meeting specific quality goals.
Benefits Package:
- Paid medical malpractice insurance, certifications, and licensure fees
- Competitive insurance benefits including medical, vision, dental, disability, and life coverages
- Employer contributions to pension plans
- $3,000 annual stipend for continuing medical education (CME)
- Up to 35 days of scheduled time away from the clinic for vacation, sick leave, and CME
