We market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. As an Agent Team Member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance in your career within our agency.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. You will also receive a Simple IRA, Group Life Insurance Benefits, 401K, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), flexible hours, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency.

Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Additionally, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening - are essential. You should be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. People-oriented, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions, and ability to work in a team environment are also required.
