About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity based in our Denver office, requiring 100% on-site work.

Job Description:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple internal projects and tasks for a diverse group of investment banking professionals, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare client-facing memoranda, proposals, large mailings, seminar textbooks, reports, and other documents, utilizing strong proofreading, editing, and formatting skills.
  • Data Management: Perform project data entry, tracking, and reporting, as well as maintain electronic data rooms, including granting access, setting permissions, and uploading documents.
  • Meeting Planning: Plan onsite and offsite meetings, conference calls, and lunches, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Deal Research: Conduct deal-specific research, working closely with the investment banking team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Compliance Support: Assist with FINRA compliance efforts, maintaining contracts, subscriptions, membership, and registration renewals.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office administrative duties, including processing expenses and invoices, coordinating staff calendars, scanning documents, faxing, copying, and printing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent position, with a strong background in finance.
  • Skills: Strong customer service ethic, ability to thrive with minimal direction, maintain confidentiality, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
