Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in big-ticket or commission-based sales, preferably in industries like home furnishings, automotive, or appliances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$90,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive base salary, you can also expect:
