You'll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate you every day. As a Caregiving Specialist, you'll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

The Role:

• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist people with their daily activities and ensure their safety and well-being
• Work collaboratively with the participant's team to develop and implement personalized plans

Your Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's license for over 1 year and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
