Job Description

Norman's Gift Shops, Inc. is seeking a qualified Part Time Sales Associate to join our team in Flourtown PA. As a Sales Associate, you will be the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor, providing a memorable and genuine experience to each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store, driving retail sales by genuinely connecting with customers, building relationships, and earning their business.
  • Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
  • Utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to customers.
  • Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
