We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at YesCare Health. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the assessment of patients' health status and develop plans of care.
- Provide direct basic care to assigned patients, ensuring safe and effective nursing care.
- Collaborate with Regional Medical Director, site medical providers, and other site nursing leaders to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and Patient Care Committee Meetings.
