Nurse Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and personalized care to patients in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
