We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Epic Travel Staffing Allied. As a travel allied health professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and cases, while also gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis is a 13-week assignment that will require you to work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule. The job involves working as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and assisting radiologists during procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, with 3-5 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or Cardio-Vascular technologist. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with an associate degree or completion of an accredited radiographic program, is also required. Additionally, you must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
