**Job Summary:**

The Pediatric Medical Support Specialist will provide clinical and clerical support under the general supervision of medical staff and Sr Medical Assistant/Lead Medical Assistant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Patient rooming and preparation for procedures
  • Assistance with medical procedures and equipment cleaning
  • Chart preparation and obtaining referral notes, images, and lab results

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Current certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or MA-ARMA required
  • BLS certification required
