Certified Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Rep-Lite. As a key member of our internal medicine practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population of patients aged 15 and above.
Our lead physician is a world-renowned medical expert, and our patient list includes many physicians themselves. This position requires a strong ability to work independently, performing age-appropriate history and physicals for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients.
- Develop and implement appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities
- Implement interventions to support patients in regaining or maintaining physiologic stability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
- Facilitate staff, patient, and family decision-making by providing educational tools
- Diagnose and treat acute infections, injuries, and illnesses
- Conduct and order diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Record and examine medical history, diagnoses, and symptoms of patients
- Provide education and guidance to patients on managing their health, designing treatment plans, and recommending further care
- Assist patients in taking medication, discussing potential side effects and interactions
Duties and Responsibilities
This position requires a high level of autonomy, with a normal case load of 10-18 patients per day. You will be responsible for accessing and ordering appropriate tests for patients, with physician consultation as needed. You will also review patient labs/testing results and assist the lead physician with messages and labs as required.
Responsibilities include handling prescription refill requests for routine medications, seeing patients for preventative care visits and sick visits, and participating in a year-end bonus pool and full benefits package. This position is eligible for a 401k with match after one year of service.
