We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Leader to join our team as an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Pulmonary and Renal Hospitalist department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Job Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing administrative, financial, and operational duties within the department. They will also provide leadership and mentorship to staff members, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation;
- Develop and implement policies, programs, and services that align with the hospital's mission and vision;
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement;
- Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Collaborate with other departments and leaders to achieve short-term and long-term goals;
Requirements
