Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing grant administration from application to disbursement, and supporting financial management activities such as budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to recommend program and process improvements and to measure outcomes.
  • Assist with management and provide oversight of business operations for organization programs, including financial, IT, systems development and implementation, business processes and compliance, and data reporting systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with program management to support and maintain stakeholder relationships, including volunteers, participants, and partners.
  • Perform project and process management activities as needed.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, surveys, and trend analyses for internal stakeholders of data associated within the scope of position.
  • Keep internal stakeholders apprised of upcoming milestones and facilitate modifications as necessary.
  • Perform data entry, reconciliations, and quality control to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data within the scope of position.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience related to the duties of the position.
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Word, as well as general technical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with OneNote and Nuance required.
