Pediatrician - Community Health Specialist

As a Faculty Physician in our Pediatrics Department, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a community health plan that promotes the well-being of our patients. Your expertise will be valued as a representative of our health center in central Massachusetts.
As a leader in our organization, you will be expected to contribute to matters such as productivity, performance improvement, quality assurance, utilization review, and in-service training. Your comprehensive and continuous primary care services will be provided to a panel of patients, and you will also have the opportunity to teach and evaluate resident physicians and medical students in training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive and continuous primary care for a panel of patients
- Teaching and evaluating resident physicians and medical students in training
- Participating in department-wide activities and engaging in scholarly activities
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree
- Board Certification in Pediatrics
