A career opportunity has arisen for a skilled Radiology Technician at Healthcare Support Permanent Placement in Orlando, Florida.

About the Role

This is a permanent placement position that requires a registered radiographer with experience in conducting CT scans under the guidance of a radiologist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging technology and be able to provide tailored care to patients of all ages.

The successful candidate will work closely with a well-respected healthcare provider to diagnose medical conditions in patients. Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and providing high-quality care to individuals from pediatric to geriatric age groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct CT scans under the guidance of a radiologist
  • Operate CT equipment to ensure high-quality images
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during the scanning process
  • Provide tailored care to patients of all ages

The role involves working 12-hour shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Shift differentials apply for night and weekend shifts.

Requirements
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT)(R)(CT) certification
  • Florida State HRS General Radiography license
  • Graduate from an approved School of Radiology or Associate Degree
