Job Description

The Client Manager will lead a business segment in a designated region, enhancing client experiences, building long-term meaningful relationships, and engaging with employees who deliver our services in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve service level agreements and exceed client expectations.
  • Foster a high-performing team by hiring, developing, and retaining security officers and operations managers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and employees to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing, producing reports that inform effective business management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a service industry.
  • Proven service orientation, leadership, and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 per year
