Child Development Specialist

Soliant is partnering with a school district in the Lantana, FL area to find a dedicated professional for the current year. We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to support the mental health and educational development of students.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $44-$55, depending on experience.

We are looking for a Child Development Specialist who can conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify student needs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide counseling and support to students, parents, and school staff.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Provide counseling and support to students, parents, and school staff to promote positive relationships and academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
• Address behavioral and learning challenges effectively by developing and implementing strategies to support student success.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting to promote student success.
