Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures according to our high standards of service and quality.
- Guest Communication: Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Account Management: Set up accurate accounts for each guest checking in, including room type, payment, and preferences.
- Room Management: Block rooms in the computer, pre-register designated guests, and prepare key packets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel.
- Security and Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all guests and hotel information, and ensure the security of guest room access.
- Financial Management: Understand and execute all Omni accounting standards, ensuring accurate settlement of folios, routing of charges, and adjustments.
- Guest History: Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest history files.
- Problem Resolution: Document and resolve guest requests, complaints, or problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, management, and co-workers in English.
- Technical Skills: Accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
- Teamwork: Work cohesively with co-workers within and outside of your department.
- Problem-Solving: Think clearly, quickly, and make concise decisions.
- Time Management: Prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks and responsibilities.
- Adaptability: Work well under pressure, dealing with multiple arrivals and departures within a short period of time.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Hotel Front Desk Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk roles is strongly preferred.
- Cashiering Experience: Previous experience in cashiering roles is preferred.
- Foreign Language Skills: Fluency in a foreign language is preferred.
- Guest Relations Training: Previous guest relations training is preferred.
