About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical operations leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
