We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate full-time Lead Teacher to join our award-winning Early Childhood Education Center. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with toddlers aged 12-20 months in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a comprehensive curriculum that helps children learn, thrive, and flourish.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on education and experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with toddler children
  • Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
