About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telephonic Triage LPN Specialist to join our team at TriHealth. In this critical role, you will participate in nursing care services, providing direction and disposition based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document objective and subjective observations of patients, using approved clinical protocols.
  • Serve as a patient/caregiver advocate, acting as a communication link between patients, physicians, pharmacies, and hospitals.
  • Utilize best practices in documentation to ensure efficient, concise, and timely communication.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
  • 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type and talk simultaneously.
Working Conditions

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
