Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
  • Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
  • Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
  • Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.
  • Support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
Benefits

Part-time employees with a work schedule less than 30 hours have access to a variety of voluntary benefits, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage (preventive care).

Working Conditions

This role requires working on the selling floor as well as in back stockrooms, with frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
