We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor and balance daily figures, posting room and tax charges on guest accounts
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
